We offer flexible subscription packages, including:
- A 1-week plan with and without a 3-day trial
- A 1-month plan with and without a 3-day trial
- A 1-year plan, offering discounted rates compared to weekly pricing
- A lifetime package with a one-time payment that includes all premium features
The costs of these plans are clearly displayed within the app.
Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Banger. We appreciate the fact that you choose to use the products we build, and we want to ensure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our services.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will review and discuss any issues you may be experiencing with our product.
Purchases Made via App Store or Google Play Store
If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial through the App Store or Google Play Store:
- Upon purchase confirmation, your App Store / Google Play Store account will be charged.
- The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscriptions, request refunds, and turn off auto-renewal through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store.
- If you start a free trial, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited once you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- If you choose not to subscribe, you may continue using the free features of Banger with no obligation.
Purchases Made via Our Website
If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial through our website:
- Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and are subject to applicable laws and any policies we may publish from time to time.
- A refund will be issued only if the request is deemed acceptable by us.
Please note that once your subscription period has expired, refunds cannot be issued, as the service will be considered fully consumed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
